All The Knowledge Accumulation Is Keeping You Stuck
Why we don't need to read more stacks.
I’m seeing the writing on the wall with Substack.
Three months ago, I started More Than Neurosurgeon on Substack to experiment with the platform.
As a steward of brain health and optimization, I minimally use mainstream platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. These environments are designed to overexercise short attention, which over time, erodes the capacity for deep inquiry, critical thinking, and real contemplation required to create your most fulfilling and thriving life.
With curiosity and optimism, I had started the Substack experiment with a beginner’s mind.
Perhaps this would be different.
After three months of engaging more deeply with the platform, it is not fundamentally different.
The “Notes” section functions much like any other social media feed — designed to capture attention within a constant stream of noise.
So rather than writing here frequently, I’m restructuring how this work is shared because
More Than Neurosurgeon was never meant for passive consumption in a noise-filled arena.
It is a space for thoughtful and provocative questioning.
For refining perception.
For seeing more clearly what has been normalized.
That remains unchanged.
What is changing is where the deeper work happens.
Rather than placing that depth behind a paid Substack subscription, I’ve chosen to move it into my True Whealthness® community.
You’re invited to receive this work.
If it’s not aligned, you can opt out at any time below.
This allows the work to extend beyond essays — into ongoing inquiry, deeper insight, and lived application.
What you will continue to receive here at More Than Neurosurgeon:
Weekly essays designed to challenge assumptions and sharpen discernment.
Where this now goes further:
Inside True Whealthness® — shared directly via email, at no cost.
You’ll receive:
3-5 emails per week directly into your inbox with more provocative inquiry, deeper insights, and practical integration.
Inside True Whealthness®, I am building a community dedicated to sovereignty, truth, and radical self-responsibility.
This is also where I steward the vision of health sovereignty and global health restructuring.
For now, this is the only place where that work is shared in real time.
As a current reader of More Than Neurosurgeon, you’ll begin receiving these further insights and applications from True Whealthness® in the upcoming weeks.
If this isn’t aligned for you, you can opt out at any time below.
If you’d like a more detailed breakdown of this restructuring, it is outlined in the About page of More Than Neurosurgeon.
